Shipping and Delivery
We ship our products via a variety of shipping carriers and methods. We aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee delivery times. Shipping and delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, shipping method, and destination.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature and size of our business and our product range, we unfortunately do not offer refunds or returns at this time. Please note that shipping fees are also non-refundable, and should a replacement or return package be agreed upon, you will be responsible for return shipping costs and redelivery costs as discussed or arranged by owner.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa. Any dispute arising from or related to your use of the website or any products purchased from the website shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Arbitration Foundation of South Africa, with the arbitration to be conducted in Gauteng. The language of the arbitration shall be English.

Shining Starr Scoops Terms and Conditions
1. Nature of Contribution
By contributing to this BackaBuddy campaign, you acknowledge that your support is a donation towards the growth of Smiley1starrs – Shining Starr Scoops. In appreciation, you may receive a mystery scoop tier reward based on the donation level selected.
2. Mystery Scoop Disclaimer
All scoop pulls are randomised using our bead draw system and/or the Vault of Fate gashapon. While you may specify if you wish to avoid certain item types (e.g., hair accessories) or avoid certain colours, we cannot guarantee the inclusion of specific products, designs, or themes. Product images and descriptions shown in campaign materials are examples only and may not reflect the exact contents of your scoop.
3. Delivery & Timelines
Mystery scoops will be prepared and shipped after the campaign closes and items are ready. Shipping timelines may vary due to supplier lead times or unforeseen delays. Courier costs are included in the donation tier unless otherwise stated.
4. Quality & Variations
All items are quality-checked before dispatch. Slight variations in colour, size, or finish may occur due to manufacturing processes or supplier differences.
5. Liability
Smiley1starrs is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party couriers. Once your scoop is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to follow your package.
6. Agreement
By making a contribution, you agree to these terms and understand the magical, random nature of the scoop system. Thank you for helping us keep smiling, keep shining, and spread courage, kindness, and joy with every scoop. ■
7. Returns and refunds
Due to the mystery nature of the product, no returns or exchanges are available once scoops are packed and shipped. Refunds are only offered if the campaign goal is not met and your scoop was not funded or order fulfilled.
8. Disclaimer
Scoops contain small items that may pose a choking hazard for children under 3. Colours of products photographed/ filmed may appear slightly different due to screen display differences.
